Investors
Quick add or a four-step wizard. Every investor gets a unique code and a profile with their investments, documents and audit trail.
- Individuals and entities
- KYC documents in context
- Archive and restore without losing history
Investors, investments, agreements and payments on one platform, with a complete audit trail. Leave behind operations scattered across WhatsApp, Drive, Notion and manual reminders.
Institutional platforms demand budgets and teams an emerging manager doesn’t have yet. Spreadsheets look cheap, until operations start eating the time you should be spending on raising capital.
Six connected modules. What changes in one shows up in the others, and gets logged.
Quick add or a four-step wizard. Every investor gets a unique code and a profile with their investments, documents and audit trail.
Amount, rate, term and payment frequency for every agreement. Contributions, reinvestments and withdrawals are recorded as movements with full history.
The investor agreement is generated as a PDF from a template, in English or Spanish, in seconds. Every version is kept as evidence.
Activate an investment and its payment schedule builds itself. Your team sees what’s due today, marks it paid, uploads proof and reconciles.
Fonddify checks your fund every night and flags what’s coming, so nothing depends on one person’s memory.
Assets under management, active investors, upcoming and overdue payments at a glance. Plus a market indicators panel.
From the moment someone shows interest in your fund to the day their investment renews or pays out. Tap each stage.
A prospect pipeline and a public onboarding form, so every interested investor arrives with complete details. This stage ships in the next product phase.
Quick add with the essentials, or a four-step wizard. Every investor gets a code and a profile with details, KYC documents, investments and their audit history.
Amount, rate, term and payment frequency per investment. Contributions, reinvestments and withdrawals are recorded as movements, so you always know how each balance got where it is.
Fonddify builds the investor agreement as a PDF from a template, in English or Spanish. Every version is kept: change something and generate a new one, and the previous version stays as evidence.
Activating an investment generates every installment. Each day your team sees what is due; one person prepares the payment, another approves it, then proof is uploaded and the payment reconciled, one at a time or in bulk.
Fonddify alerts you as an investment approaches maturity, so you talk to the investor in time. If it is liquidated, the flow closes the investment and keeps its full history.
Six roles with defined permissions. If someone shouldn’t mark a payment, the button simply isn’t there. And every change is logged.
Use your own numbers: the hours your team spends on payments, agreements and follow-ups, and what an hour of their time is worth.
On your assumptions, the time you win back is worth more than the plan. Worth a conversation.
On these numbers the plan costs more than you’d win back. You may not need it yet, or Starter may be the better fit.
An estimate based on your inputs, not a savings guarantee.

“Our payment calendar lived in Notion and confirmations arrived over WhatsApp. Now every installment is generated when the investment is activated, and the proof stays attached to the payment it belongs to.”
“We put Fonddify in place before adding more investors, not after. With roles and two-person approval, every payment gets a second pair of eyes and every change leaves a trail we can show.”
Start with what you need to organize now, and scale when your fund calls for it. Prices in USD.
For a fund at launch that needs to organize investors, agreements and payments.
For funds with recurring payouts, a team with roles and a need for control.
For managers with several funds or specific implementation needs.

No. Fonddify is operations software: it organizes investors, investments, agreements and payments, and keeps a full trail. It does not replace legal, tax or fiduciary advice, or fully outsourced fund administration.
Yes. Implementation includes an initial migration of your existing investors, investments and documents, so you start with your full history.
The platform works in English and Spanish, and each person can switch at any time. Agreements can be generated in either language.
Each fund is isolated at the database level, access is invitation-only with multi-factor authentication, permissions depend on role, and every change is recorded in the audit trail.
That is what two-person approval is for: no payment goes out without a second person reviewing it. And if something is corrected later, the change is recorded in the audit trail.
It is on the roadmap. Today you generate the agreement as a PDF inside Fonddify and sign it through your usual channel; the e-signature integration arrives in the next phase.
One week. In that time we migrate your investors, investments and documents, set up your fund details and invite your team with their roles.
In 20 minutes we review how your fund runs today, which process should leave spreadsheets first, and whether Fonddify makes sense for your next stage.
